Chocolate Almond Butter Brownies

Ingredients:

• 1 cup almond flour
• ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup coconut oil
• ½ cup canned coconut milk
• 2 large eggs
• 1 ½ teaspoons liquid stevia extract
• ¼ cup almond butter



Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a square pan with foil.
2. Whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut, and baking soda in a mixing bowl.
3. In another bowl, beat together the coconut oil, coconut milk, eggs, and liquid stevia.
4. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined, then spread in the pan.
5. Melt the almond butter in the microwave until creamy.
6. Drizzle over the chocolate batter, then swirl gently with a knife.
7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the center is set then cool completely, then cut into 18 equal pieces.

• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• ¼ cup almond flour
• Liquid stevia extract, to taste
• ½ cup toasted sesame seeds



Instructions:

1. Combine the coconut oil and almond butter in a small saucepan.
2. Cook over low heat until melted, then whisk in the cocoa powder, almond flour, and liquid stevia.
3. Remove from heat and let cool until it hardens slightly.
4. Divide the mixture into 16 even pieces and roll into balls.
5. Roll the balls in the toasted sesame seeds and chill until ready to eat.

A refreshing drink, 2.5 grams of net carbs per glass.


YIELDS: 4 servings
PREP TIME: 5 mins
TOTAL TIME: 10 mins


Ingredients:

1 large bowl of ice
1/2 liter of cold water
The juice of 3 lemons
A bowl of mint leaves (without the branches)
Swerve to taste

 

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a blender, mix until the mixture is foamy.
Serve decorated with a mint leaf.

FAT BOMB WITH ALMOND BUTTER KETO DIET 


It is sometimes difficult to reach one's daily lipid ratio. This snack in addition to being delicious is very rich in fat!



INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons of coconut oil
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons MCT  oil(or butter)
4 tablespoons almond butter
3 tablespoons swerve (or any other natural sweetener)
salt to taste



PREPARATION


Nothing's easier!
Melt all the ingredients in a saucepan.
Pour into a 12-cup mini muffin pan.
Sprinkle salt on the 12 fat bombs
Put in the freezer.
Unmould and keep frozen.

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 pound boneless chicken thighs, chopped
• 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 ½ cups chicken broth
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 2 ½ cups broccoli florets
• ¾ cup shredded white cheddar cheese



Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F and grease a casserole dish.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the chicken and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side to brown.
4. Stir in the onion and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
5. Sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Pour in the chicken broth, then add the cream cheese and sour cream.
7. Simmer until the cream cheese is melted, then stir in the broccoli.
8. Spread the mixture in the casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.
9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbling.
