Keto Bread With Almond Flour And Flaxseed


Hello keto family !!

Today I share with you my best recipe for keto bread.
this bread is based on almond flour and flaxseed is golden crispy, especially if you have toasted it before eating it Yuum-Yuum !!

This recipe is very easy to make and can be kept for a week in the refrigerator.

I take it in my breakfast with good butter, jam without sugar or with the almond butter.


150 g (1.5  cup)  almond flour
100 gr ( 1 cup ) ground flaxseed
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
5 large beaten eggs or 6 small ones
1 tablespoon apple vinegar (optional)
A nut of butter for the mold


1 tablespoon ground chia seeds or psyllium (optional)
1 tablespoon of olive oil (optional)
1 tablespoon sweetener (I use Monkfruit)


1-Preheat the oven to 160°C  (320°F).
2-mix all the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients.You have to beat for 30 seconds with an electric mixer. 
3-Pour the mixture into the buttered mold.
4-Let it bake for 30 to 40 minutes in the oven at 160 degrees.
5-Once cooked, put to cool on a grill.

Nutritional information by the slice (12 slices for recipe):

4.2 carbs 
3.5 gr of fiber
10gr of fat
6.2 of protein 
131 kcal.
