Keto Zucchini Taco Shells


How To Make Zucchini Taco Shells

Servings: 4 people
Totatl Time: 1 Hour 05 Mins

Ingredients:

3 grated small zucchini 
Salt to taste
Black pepper
1/4 c. almond flour
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 Egg,
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
Topping ( we use scrambled eggs, tomatoes and lettuce)



Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium bowl combine grated zucchini, almond flour, cheddar, egg, parsley, xanthan gum, garlic powder, pepper and salt to taste.
Scoop 1/4-cup portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet, then press each gently.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes until the tortillas are browned and crisp.
Let cool slightly, then add a topping of choice.
Serve and enjoy!
